R3CON CIC
Directly aligned with our mission to build nurturing environments, R3CON CIC was established to focus on education, mentorship, and community engagement, particularly in STEM fields. Through the R3CON Academy, enrichment programs, and workshops, the CIC empowers individuals with practical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership development. Its initiatives prioritize underserved regions, fostering technological growth and innovation in the UK and Africa.
The Grace-Based Approach
Our method is to create a strong family base where everyone is welcomed, knowing they will not be judged at all. We operate on a love and transparency approach, embodying the principle of "brother's keeper....your problem is my problem".
We look at each individual's strengths sometimes known as a 'Grace based approach' and use those skills and interests as the basis for recovery. While each person's story is unique, we recognise that circumstances like a relationship breakdown or mental health issues can be
exacerbated by wider social and economic factors. Our role is to provide well-timed and carefully crafted support, so people can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
Crucially, we understand that every mind works uniquely. This includes providing dedicated support for young people with neurodivergence, such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Our mentors are trained to recognize and celebrate these unique ways of thinking, adapting our programmes and communication styles to foster environments where neurodivergent individuals can not only participate but truly excel. We champion their distinct perspectives, creative problem-solving, and focused passions, ensuring they receive the tailored guidance necessary to harness their strengths and achieve their full potential.
